This hospital has three fully staffed general practice clinics, located in Water Valley, Coffeeville and Oakland. The highly skilled medical team, consisting of four physicians, a pediatrician, and six family nurse practitioners, will prescribe you a personalized care plan that meets your individual health care needs and criteria. Our Water Valley clinic also serves as our after-hours clinic ensuring quality care is available for all members of the community.  Additionally, we also have an Urgent Care Clinic located next to our Water Valley clinic.

The hospital has 26 acute care beds, including 16 swing beds. In addition to the hospital we offer services in rehab, sleep study, laboratory, radiology, respiratory therapy, adult health services, adult day service, emergency medical services, Medicaid transportation, chiropractic services, dietitian and nutritional services, personal home care, a guest cottage, telehealth and nursing home. Our nursing home has 122 beds.
